Growing up in MN -- the land of 10,000 lakes -- we did a lot of fishing and ate a lot of fish, but only rarely had salmon, and hardly ever had seafood unless we were at a "fancy" restaurant. Oddly, the only fish I eat these days is salmon, so I'm excited to give your mayo recipe a try - thanks!
